Outline and discuss various causes of primary and secondary hypogonadism in men.
Discuss clinical evaluation and investigations in male hypogonadism with clinical examples.
Discuss treatment options and strategies when not to treat with testosterone replacement.

Male hypogonadism is classified into primary and secondary, caused by congenital or acquired causes. Many systemic diseases including diabetes and obesity, various drugs, surgeries and radiation treatments can contribute to development of hypogonadism. Signs and symptoms of hypogonadism can be variable and non-specific, adding to the challenges of this complex diagnosis. This session will focus on different challenging and complex cases of hypogonadism in clinical practice. This session will help the clinicians to develop understanding into evaluation and appropriate management strategies in these scenarios.
