Clinical Endocrinology Update (CEU) 2025 registration includes:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations before July 25, 2025: Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm ET on July 25, 2025, are eligible for a full refund, less than a $75 USD processing fee.

Cancellations between July 26 – October 22, 2025: Cancellations requested between 12:01 am ET on July 26, 2025, and 11:59 pm ET on October 22, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 USD processing fee.

Cancellations after October 22, 2025: Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registrations or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 p.m. ET on October 22, 2025.

Registrants who provide written notification to the Endocrine Society for the following circumstances may receive a full refund, less a $75 USD processing fee:

A death in the family
Personal injury or personal sudden illness
Acts of God, war, pandemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions

Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds. Cancellation requests submitted after October 22, 2025, will be reviewed, and processed after CEU which is scheduled for October 23 – 25, 2025. All cancellation requests must be submitted by October 22, 2025 and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after October 22, 2025.
